Why new licensees, not every realtor in Florida
A newly licensed Florida sales associate has to work under a registered broker before they can practice, and most choose within their first few weeks. They are also picking a lender, a title company, a CRM and a post-licensing course for the first time. An email list of every licensed realtor in the state is mostly people who made those decisions years ago. A weekly list of new licensees reaches people while they are still deciding.
Each record also carries DBPR's secondary license status. In our September 2026 files, 68% of new licenses were recorded as Inactive, the state's status for a license not currently active with a brokerage, so you can see which names to call first.

Coverage by county

Frequently asked questions
Where does the Florida real estate agent email list come from?
Every record comes from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR), which publishes real estate licensee records under Florida's public records law, Chapter 119 of the Florida Statutes. We request the new licensees each week and deliver them as a CSV.
Is the contact information verified?
No, and we do not claim it is. Names, emails, phones and addresses are exactly what each licensee filed with DBPR. Nearly every record has an email address; roughly nine in ten have a usable phone number. Records without a phone are delivered with that field blank.
Can I buy the whole state instead of one county?
Yes. Pricing is flat: one county, several, or all 67 Florida counties cost the same. Choose "Select all 67" on the order form.
Is it legal to email real estate agents from this list?
The records are public, but how you contact people is your responsibility. Commercial email must follow the CAN-SPAM Act: a real postal address, an honest subject line, and a working unsubscribe you honor within 10 business days. Phone outreach has its own rules, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and the Do Not Call registry. This is not legal advice.
How is this different from buying a realtor database?
Most realtor databases are everyone who holds a license, often months out of date. This list is only people newly licensed in Florida, delivered the week their license posts, which is the window when they are choosing a brokerage and a lender.
