Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 18, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Agent Data Solutions (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information in connection with agentdatasolutions.com (the “Site”) and our data services (the “Services”). We provide business-to-business marketing lists of newly-licensed Florida real estate agents, compiled from public records.

1. Two kinds of data

To be clear up front, this policy covers two distinct categories:

2. Information we collect from customers

3. How we use customer information

We do not sell or rent our customers’ personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. How we share customer information

5. Cookies & analytics

The Site uses the cookies strictly necessary to operate (for example, to complete a Stripe checkout), and Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the Site. Google Analytics sets cookies to measure pages viewed, approximate location (city level, derived from a truncated IP address), device and browser type, the referring site or campaign, and whether a visit resulted in an order. We do not send Google your name, email address, or payment details, and we do not serve third-party advertising cookies or use Google Signals for ad personalization.

You can opt out of Google Analytics on any site with Google's browser add-on, or by using your browser's Do Not Track or cookie-blocking settings. Google's handling of this data is governed by its own privacy policy.

6. About the licensee data we provide

The lists we sell are compiled from public records published by the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation (DBPR), which licenses and regulates real estate professionals in Florida. These records, including name, license number, license type, mailing address, phone, and email, are made publicly available by the State. We organize and format this public information; we do not create it.

If you are a licensed professional and do not wish your DBPR-published contact information to appear in our lists, email us at privacy@agentdatasolutions.com and we will suppress your record from future deliveries where permitted. Note that the underlying records remain public at the State source, which we do not control.

7. Customer responsibilities when using the data

Our data is provided for lawful business-to-business outreach. You are solely responsible for how you use it, including compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act, and federal and state Do-Not-Call rules. You must honor opt-out and do-not-contact requests you receive.

8. Data retention

We keep customer account and order information for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Generated list files are retained only as long as necessary to deliver them and are stored with time-limited access links.

9. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls, and a hosted payment processor) to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your rights & choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to opt out of certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@agentdatasolutions.com. You can cancel a subscription at any time through the billing portal linked in our Site footer or in your delivery emails.

11. Children

The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
