Florida real estate licensee lists compared
There are four common ways to get a list of Florida real estate licensees. They differ in who is on the list, how fresh it is, and how much work it takes to use. Here they are side by side.
| Source | What you get | Freshness | Cost | Catch |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| DBPR public records request | Whatever fields you request | As of the day it is pulled | Fees set by DBPR, plus your time | You clean, de-duplicate and repeat it yourself |
| One-time bulk agent list | Varies by seller | Stale from the day you buy it | One-time price, often per record | Good for a single mailing; no new agents after purchase |
| National agent database or CRM | Usually established agents, with production data | Updated on the vendor's schedule | Annual contract, often per seat | Built for agents with a track record, not this week's licensees |
| Weekly new-licensee file (us) | Name, email, phone, mailing address, license type, license date, status | Every week, only people you have not received | $39/month weekly, $19 monthly | Only newly licensed agents, by the counties you pick |
When a full licensee list is the wrong tool
Most of Florida's licensees have been licensed for years and already have a brokerage, a lender and a photographer. If you sell to agents, the people still choosing are the new ones. Of 3,034 new licenses in our recent files, 72% were Inactive, which for a brand-new sales associate generally means no brokerage yet. A full-state export buries them among hundreds of thousands of established agents.
Questions to ask any list seller
- When was it pulled? A list from last quarter is missing every agent licensed since.
- Does it include license status? Status tells you who has not joined a brokerage.
- Will I get the same people again? Repeat names waste your outreach.
- Can I cancel? A contract you can't leave makes a bad list expensive.
How ours works
Every week you get an email with a spreadsheet of the agents newly licensed in the counties you chose, only people you have not received before. One county or all 67 is the same price: $39/month weekly, $29 every two weeks, $19 monthly. No contract. See the fields on the Florida agent email list page, the numbers for your area on the county pages, or start here.
Need a one-time export of every licensee instead? Our guide to the DBPR licensee list explains the public records route.
Frequently asked questions
What is the best Florida real estate licensee list?
It depends on who you want to reach. For every licensee in the state, a DBPR public records request is the source. For agents with sales history, a national agent database. For agents licensed in the last few weeks, who have not picked a brokerage, lender or vendor yet, a weekly new-licensee file.
How often should a licensee list be refreshed?
Weekly if you are contacting new agents. Florida adds about 259 new real estate licensees a week, and the first few weeks are when they choose a brokerage and the people they work with.
Do licensee lists include email and phone numbers?
Florida licensee records are public under Chapter 119 of the Florida Statutes, and the contact details a licensee files with DBPR can be included unless an exemption applies. Our weekly file includes email, phone and mailing address.
Can I try a list before paying for a year?
Ours has no contract. The monthly plan is $19 and you can cancel anytime, so one month is the trial.
One county or all 67, same price. Name, phone, email and mailing address from official DBPR records. No contract, cancel any time.
